NO REGATTA THIS YEAR (2018)

The Lighthouse regatta will not be run in 2018.  This regatta began in the 1970's as a Lightning event and ran for several years before pausing for about 10 years.  It was revived in 1988 as a Portsmouth handicap event but quickly became a Lightning and I20 regatta.  Buccaneers came along for several years to make it a 3 fleet regatta but it eventually went back to Lightning's and I20's.  Mike Elmergreen has moved to the Sheboygan area and has joined the Sheboygan Yacht Club and Lightning Fleet 187.  Contact Mike at elmergreenmichael at gmail.com.
